One time I saw Tom Savini in person and I had a Dawn of the Dead dvd in my hand and asked if he would sign it. He said "Not if you didn't buy it from me." I said, "Really, you won't sign it?" He shrugged his shoulders and looked away and that was it. Now I don't enjoy watching Dawn of the Dead as much as I used to.
A sad story. I met him in person at the last festival of fantasy and horror Sitges (Barcelona) with Greg Nicotero and was very cordial. I have no negative memories. Although not the first thing you said to me. Thanks for your comment. Greetings!
